EVALUASI PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PUSKESMAS (SIMPUS) DENGAN METODE HOT FIT DI PUSKESMAS SEDAYU I BANTUL YOGYAKARTA

Latar Belakang: Puskesmas Sedayu I menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas sejak 2005. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yaitu kurangnya pelatihan bagi petugas, kurangnya dukungan dari manajemen dan komunikasi antar petugas, dan sering terjadi error dan lambat dalam proses pelayanan. Selain itu, belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi mengenai SIMPUS dari pihak Puskesmas. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) dengan metode HOT Fit di Puskesmas Sedayu I Bantul Yogyakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analitik dan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi adalah 30 tenaga kesehatan dan teknisi kesehatan dan menggunakan total sampling. Teknik yang digunakan adalah metode angket. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji fishers. Hasil: Hasil karakteristik responden yaitu jenis kelamin yang paling banyak adalah perempuan, kelompok umur terdapat pada umur 46 sampai 50 tahun, tingkat pendidikan adalah DIII, dan jabatan adalah perawat dan bidan. Hasil distribusi frekuensi antarvariabel berbeda beda. Tidak ada hubungan antara manusia (human) dengan teknologi (technology). Ada hubungan antara organisasi (organization) dengan teknologi (technology) dengan p_value 0,01469 dan OR (Odd Ratio) adalah 8,5. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan antara manusia (human) dengan teknologi (technology). Ada hubungan antara organisasi (organization) dengan teknologi (technology).

Background: Puskesmas Sedayu I Bantul Yogyakarta has applied Health Information System (SIMPUS) since 2005. There are some problems in Health Information System (SIMPUS). Firstly, the lack of training for officers. Secondly, the lack of support from management, communication among the officers and the last, there is an error and slow process occurred in the quality of service. In addition, Puskesmas has never implemented the evaluation for SIMPUS so that there is no result with the performance of SIMPUS. Objective: The purpose of the research is to evaluate the implementation of Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS) with HOT Fit method in Puskesmas Sedayu I Bantul Yogyakarta. Research of Methodolgy: This was quantitative research using analytic approach and cross sectional design. Main informants were 30 health workers and health technicians. The data were analyzed using total sampling. Furthermore, the technique in this research applied the questionnaire method. The data analysis used fishers test. Result: The result of this research revealed that the identifying primaly gender is the female, the age group is 46 until 50 years old, the education level is DIII, and the position is nurse and midwife. The distribution results between the variables are different. There is no relationship between human and technology but there is relationship between organization and technology with p_value 0,01469 and OR (Odd Ratio) is 8,5. Conclusion: These results confirm that there is no relationship between human and technology, but there is a relationship between organization and technology.
