Tugas Akhir ini adalah terjemahan subbab 6 Ijime no Sakini dan 7 Jiko Sekinin dari bab I dalam light novel Koe no Katachi karya Miu Kawasaki. Light novel Koe no Katachi adalah novel terakhir dari serial Koe no Katachi. Novel ini menceritakan tentang anak jahil bernama Ishida Shooya dan gadis tuna rungu bernama Nishimiya Shooko. Light novel Koe no Katachi dipilih karena penokohan karakter dan ceritanya menarik serta mudah dipahami. Novel ini bercerita tentang pentingnya menjaga perasaan dan hubungan antar manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam menerjemahkan buku ini terdapat berbagai macam kesulitan. Salah satunya adalah pemilihan kata yang tepat dalam bahasa Indonesia, agar hasil terjemahan mudah dipahami oleh pembaca. Dalam penerjemahan light novel ini pemilihan kata sangat diperhatikan agar setiap ungkapan yang ada lebih mudah dipahami oleh pembaca.

The title of this final paper is The Translation of Chapter 6 Ijime no Sakini and 7 Jiko Sekinin of Section I of Koe no Katachi a Light Novel by Miu Kawasakiâ. This light novel of Koe no Katachi is the last series of Koe no Katachi. This book tells about Ishida Shooya the delinquent boy who bullied Nishimiya Shooko, his deaf classmate. Light novel of Koe no Katachi was choosen because the story is interesting and each of main characters is easy to understand. This novel tells us about peoples feeling and the importance of human relationship in living. In the process of translating this book, there were difficulties in choosing Indonesian word that can be easily understand by the reader. In translating this light novel, the selection of words are giving much concern, and that every translated expressions could be more easily understood by the readers.
