Pengaruh Aset Tetap (Gedung dan Bangunan) Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pelayanan pada Badan Perizinan Terpadu dan Penanaman Modal Provinsi Papua Di bawah bimbingan Dr. Wahyu Widayat, M.Ec. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris terkait pengaruh tangible; pengaruh reliability; pengaruh responsivenes; pengaruh assurance; dan pengaruh emphaty; terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan pada Badan Perizinan Terpadu dan Penanaman Modal Provinsi Papua, serta untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan para wajib perizinan terhadap kinerja pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh aparatur sipil Negara (ASN) pada Badan Perizinan. Selain itu apakah harapan wajib perizinan sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian deskriptif, yang memfokuskan penggambaran objek penelitian secara jelas dan runtut, lengkap dan sistematis untuk mendapatkan gambaran atau potret penelitian secara komprehensif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Badan Perizinan Terpadu dan Penanaman Modal Provinsi Papua. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survai, dengan mengunakan lembar kuesioner, sedangkan metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive/judgement sampling. Purposive sampling digunakan karena informasi yang akan diambil berasal dari sumber yang sengaja dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Kualitas pelayanan pada dimensi tanggibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty secara bersama merupakan paramater mutu Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu dan Penanaman Modal Provinsi Papua= 0,631, p < 0.0001).Temuan pengaruh signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap mutu Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu dan Penanaman Modal Provinsi Papua, dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pertimbangan pengelolaan mutu pelayanan di masa mendatang.

The design in this research is descriptive research design, focusing the description of the object of research in clear and coherent, complete and systematic to get picture or portrait research comprehensively. The location of this study was conducted at the Integrated Licensing Agency and the Investment of Papua Province. Data collection method was done through survey, using questionnaires, while the sampling method in this study used purposive / judgment sampling. Purposive sampling is used because the information to be retrieved comes from sources that are deliberately selected based on established criteria. The results of this study indicate that: The quality of service on dimensions of tanggibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty are the quality parameters of Integrated Licensing Service and Investment of Papua Province = 0,631, p <0.0001). The significant influence of service quality on the quality of Service Integrated Licensing and Investment of Papua Province can be used as a basis for consideration of quality management of services in the future.
