HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONFLIK PERAN GANDA (PEKERJAAN-KELUARGASEKOLAH) DAN KEPUASAN HIDUP, DENGAN CORE SELF-EVALUATION DAN PSYCHOLOGICAL DETACHMENT SEBAGAI PEMODERASI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan negatif konflik peran ganda Pekerjaan Keuarga Sekolah (PKS) dengan kepuasan hidup (KH) yang dirasakan individu dengan Core Self-evaluation (CSE) dan psychological detachment (PD) sebagai pemoderasi. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan online survey terhadap 243 reponden yang sedang menempuh pendidikan, sudah menikah dan sedang bekerja. Konflik PKS diteliti sesuai dengan dimensi yang membentuknya yaitu Konflik Peran Pekerjaan Keluarga (KPPK), Konflik Peran Keluarga Pekerjaan (KPKP), Konflik Peran Pekerjaan Sekolah (KPPS), Konflik Peran Sekolah Pekerjaan (KPSP), Konflik Peran Sekolah Keluarga (KPSK) dan Konflik Peran Keluarga Sekolah (KPKS). Kemudian pengujian pemoderasi dilakukan terhadap huungan masing-masing dimensi konflik dengan kepuasan hidup. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa KPSK saja yang secara signifikan berhubungan negatif dengan Kepuasan Hidup yang dirasakan individu. Untuk hipotesa pemoderasi, PD signifikan berpengaruh pada hubungan KPPK, KPKP dan Konflik Peran keseluruhan dengan Kepuasan Hidup. Pengujian hipotesa dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi sederhana dengan SPSS.

This study aims at testing the negative influence of multirole conflict at Work Family School to life satisfaction with Core Self-evaluation (CSE) and psychological detachment (PD) as moderators. The subject of the study was 243 college student who is working and married. Online survey was used to collect the data. Work-family-school conflict was studied in dimensional form work- family conflict, family-work conflict, work-school conflict, school-work conflict, school-family conflict and family-school conflict. The moderators were tested on each dimensional form related to life satisfaction. The study shows that only school-family conflict negatively influenced the life satisfaction. Psychological detachment was positively moderate the relation of work-family conflict, family- work conflict, work-family-school conflict and life satisfaction. There was no other hypothesis supported. The hypothesis was tested by linier regression using SPSS.
