FITUR KEGUNAAN, DINAMIS, DAN PENGGANGGU SEBAGAI ANTESEDEN TECHNOSTRESS PADA PENGGUNA SIMPEL UGM

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi fitur karakteristik teknologi dari penelitian Ayyagari, dkk. (2011) dalam konteks teknologi yang ada di Universitas Gadjah Mada, yaitu Sistem Pengadaan Langsung Universitas Gadjah Mada (SIMPEL UGM). Survey lapangan dilakukan pada 69 pengguna Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pengadaan Langsung (SIMPEL) UGM dari beberapa Unit Kerja di Universitas Gadjah Mada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Usefulness dari fitur kegunaan mempengaruhi work overload, presenteeism dari fitur pengganggu mempengaruhi work overload, pace of change dari fitur dinamis mempengaruhi role ambiguity. Sementara itu stressor yang mempengaruhi strain adalah role ambiguity dan work-home conflict.

This study explores the features of technology characteristics from Ayyagari, et.al (2011) research in the context of existing technology at Universitas Gadjah Mada, namely the Direct Procurement Management Information System (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pengadaan Langsung (SIMPEL)) Universitas Gadjah Mada. The study was conducted towards 69 users of Direct Procurement Management Information System (SIMPEL) UGM from several departments at Universitas Gadjah Mada. The results revealed that usefulness of Usability Feature affects work overload, presenteeism of Intrusive Feature affects work overload, pace of change from Dynamic Feature affects role ambiguity. Meanwhile, stressor that affect strains are role ambiguity and work –home conflict.
