Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Implementasi SIMPUS di Puskesmas Kabupaten Sragen

Latar belakang : Proses pengambilan keputusan di Puskesmas berdasarkan pada data dan informasi yang akurat, cepat dan valid. SIMPUS merupakan salah satu SIK berbasis teknologi yang format pelaporannya disesuaikan dengan SP2TP. Dari 25 Puskesmas di Kabupaten Sragen, 22 Puskesmas telah menjalankan SIMPUS, namun belum semuanya berhasil dalam menjalankan SIMPUS. Hal tersebut membuat peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi SIMPUS di Kabupaten Sragen. Tujuan penelitian : tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi penggunaan SIMPUS di Puskesmas Kabupaten Sragen. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional menggunakan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian adalah semua karyawan yang menggunakan SIMPUS secara langsung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Faktor-faktor kunci yang dimasukan dalam model penelitian diadopsi dari model critical success factors (CSFs) implementasi Enterprise Systems dan analisa SEM PLS digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor top management support, vendor support, IT infrastructure dan goverment regulation and support merupakan faktor-faktor yang secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan implementasi SIMPUS. Adapun faktor change management, project management, education and training dan IT capabilities of staff tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan implementasi SIMPUS. Nilai R-Squares sebesar 0,607 berarti semua variabel independen dapat menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 60,70%. Kesimpulan : Implementasi SIMPUS di Puskesmas Kabupaten Sragen akan lebih berhasil dengan memperhatikan faktor top management support, vendor support, IT infrastructure dan goverment regulation and support.

FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE SUCCESS IMPLEMENTATION OF PRIMARY CARE INFORMATION SYSTEM (PCIS) IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE KABUPATEN SRAGEN Meiyana Dianning Rahmawati1, Eko Nugroho2 ABSTRACT Background: The decision-making process at primary health care based on accurate, fast and valid data and information. Primary Care Information System (SIMPUS) is one of the technology-based Health Information System, whose reporting format is adapted from SP2TP. Twenty five primary health care in Kabupaten Sragen, 22 among all have run SIMPUS, but not all primary care have succeeded implementation SIMPUS. This makes the author interested to do research about what factors will affect the successful implementation SIMPUS in Kabupaten Sragen. Objective: This study aims to determine the factors that influence the successful implementation of SIMPUS in primary health care. Methods: This study is quantitative with cross sectional design using survey approach. The study population is all employees who use SIMPUS directly. The data were collected by questionnaire. The key factors included in the research model were adopted from the Enterprise Systems Success model (CSFs) and the SEM PLS analytic used in this study. Results: The results show that top management support, vendor support, IT infrastructure and goverment support and regulation are all factors that significantly influence the success of SIMPUS implementation. On the other hand, change management, project management, education and training and IT capabilities of staff have no significant effect on the success of SIMPUS implementation. R-Squares value of 0.607 means that all independent variables can explain the dependent variable to 60.70%. Conclusion: SIMPUS Implementation at primary health care of Kabupaten Sragen will be more successful with respect to top management support, vendor support, IT infrastructure and goverment support and regulation factors.
