Analisis Konsentrasi Geografis Hotel dan Akomodasi Lainnya di Kawasan Danau Toba Tahun 2007-2015

INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsentrasi geografis daerah hotel dan akomodasi lainnya di kawasan danau Toba periode 2007-2015, serta menganalisis faktor yang menentukan konsentrasi geografis daerah hotel dan akomodasi lainnya di kawasan danau Toba periode 2007-2015. Data panel yang digunakan akan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis klasifikasi konsentrasi geografis daerah hotel dan akomodasi lainnya, analisis binary logistic regression (logit), dan analisis geographic information system (GIS). Pada periode 2007-2015, kawasan danau Toba terdiri dari klasifikasi konsentrasi utama daerah hotel dan akomodasi lainnya (Karo, Samosir, dan Simalungun), dan klasifikasi bukan konsentrasi daerah hotel dan akomodasi lainnya (Kabupaten Dairi, Humbang Hasundutan, Tapanuli Utara, dan Toba Samosir). Selama periode penelitian, tidak ada pergeseran konsentrasi geografis daerah hotel dan akomodasi lainnya di kawasan danau Toba. Faktor yang menentukan pola konsentrasi geografis daerah hotel dan akomodasi lainnya di kawasan danau Toba pada periode 2007-2015 adalah tingkat penghuni kamar (TPK) berpengaruh positif, rata-rata lama tamu menginap (RLM) berpengaruh negatif, dan PDRB berpengaruh positif. Lokasi hotel dan akomodasi lainnya di kawasan danau Toba berada dekat dengan jalan, dekat dengan obyek wisata, dan di pusat kota. Kabupaten yang memiliki mayoritas hotel berlokasi dekat dengan obyek wisata adalah kabupaten yang masuk dalam klasifikasi konsentrasi utama daerah hotel dan akomodasi lainnya, sedangkan kabupaten yang memiliki mayoritas hotel berlokasi di pusat kota adalah kabupaten yang masuk dalam klasifikasi bukan konsentrasi daerah hotel dan akomodasi lainnya. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the geographical concentration of hotel area and other accommodation in Toba lake 2007-2015 period, as well as analyze the factors that determine the geographical concentration of hotel area and other accommodation in Toba lake 2007-2015 period. The panel data used will be analyzed using the geographic concentration analysis method of hotel area and other accommodation, binary logistic regression (logit) analysis, and geographic information system (GIS) analysis. In the 2007-2015 period, the area of Toba lake consisted of the classification of the main concentration of hotel area and other accommodation (Karo, Samosir, and Simalungun), and the classification of the not concentration of hotel area and other accommodation (Dairi, Humbang Hasundutan, Tapanuli Utara and Toba Samosir). During the study period, there was no shift in the geographic concentration of hotel area and other accommodation in the Toba lake region. Factors determining the pattern of geographic concentration of hotel area and other accommodation in Toba lake area in 2007-2015 period were the room occupancy rate has a positive effect, the average length of staying has a negative effect, and GRDP has a positive effect. The hotel and other accommodation's location in the Toba lake region were close to the road, to the tourism site, and in the city center. The districts with the majority of hotels located close to tourism site were the district which is classified as the main concentration of the hotel area and other accommodation, while the districts with the majority of hotels located in the city center were the district which is classified the not concentration of hotel area and other accommodation.
