PENERAPAN METODE MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING (MRP) DALAM PERENCANAAN MATERIAL PADA PROYEK PENINGKATAN JEMBATAN MRISEN

Salah satu tahapan yang harus dilaksanakan sebelum melaksanakan suatu proyek konstruksi adalah perencanaan kebutuhan material. Perencanaan kebutuhan material pada proyek konstruksi menjadi bagian yang sangat penting, karena sumber daya material merupakan salah satu unsur terbesar dari total biaya proyek selain alat, tenaga dan metode pekerjaan. Perencanaan kebutuhan material pada proyek konstruksi bertujuan agar dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan, tidak terjadi masalah akibat tidak tersedianya material saat dibutuhkan, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan tertundanya pekerjaan serta berpengaruh terhadap biaya dan waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Analisa perencanaan persediaan material dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP). Dalam metode MRP proses analisa melalui tahap reancana kebutuhan kotor, netting (analisa kebutuhan bersih), lotsizing (analisa jumlah pesanan) dan exploding. Pada tahap lotsizing digunakan 4 teknik yaitu Lot for Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ), Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ) untuk mendapatkan jumlah pesanan optimum dan membentuk biaya persediaan minimum. Berdasarkan analisis didapatkan bahwa teknik - teknik ukuran penentuan pesanan didalam analisa MRP ini belum dapat merepresentasikan kebutuhan material di proyek konstruksi, karena karakter, sifat dan perilaku material konstruksi berbeda dengan industri. teknik pemesanan material yang paling efisien dari keempat jenis teknik yang dianalisa untuk kegiatan proyek adalah teknik Lot For Lot karena menghasilkan analisa harga yang minimum dari pada teknik yang lainnya.

Material requirements planning on the construction project become a very important part, because of material resources is one of the largest components of the total cost of the project in addition to the tools, personnel and methods of work. Material requirements planning in construction projects intended for the execution of the work, there was no trouble due to lack of material when needed, so it can lead to delays in the work as well as affect the cost and time specified. Analysis of the material supply planning in this study were calculated using Material Requirement Planning (MRP). In the process of analyzing the MRP method through gross requirements planning stage, netting (net needs analysis), lotsizing (analysis of the number of orders) and exploding. In stage 4 techniques used lotsizing Lot for Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ), Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ) to obtain the optimum order quantities and establish the minimum inventory cost.
