PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL PADA TURNOVER INTENTION: (STUDI PADA GREENHOST BOUTIQUE HOTEL, YOGYAKARTA)

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada 75 responden yang bekerja di industri perhotelan Greenhost Boutique Hotel, Yogyakarta. Data yang berhasil kembali dan dapat diolah adalah sebanyak 69 kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis terdukung. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah komitmen afektif, komitmen continuence, dan komitmen normatif berpengaruh negatif pada turnover intention di Greenhost Boutique Hotel, Yogyakarta.
This study examined the effect of affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment on turnover intention in Greenhost Boutique Hotel, Yogyakarta. This study applied quantitative approach using survey method, while data were collected by questionnaire which was distributed to 75 respondents working in hospitality industry, specifically employees of Greenhost Boutique Hotel, Yogyakarta. Data were managed and can be generated is as much as 69 questionnaires. In addition, methods of data analysis used in this study implemented linear regression, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that all hypotheses were supported. The conclusion is affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment negatively affected turnover intention in Greenhost Boutique Hotel, Yogyakarta.
