Penelitian ini membahas mengenai dinamika kelompok KB Pria dimana kelompok KB Pria Guyub Rukun terbentuk karena rendahnya partisipasi pria dalam KB. Minimnya informasi, edukasi dan pelayanan mengenai KB Pria membuat motivator KB menginisiasi untuk membentuk sebuah kelompok. Kelompok ini yang nantinya mewadahi para calon akseptor dan akseptor dalam peningkatan partsipasi pria dalam KB. Selain itu peran kelompok KB Pria terkait dalam upaya peningkatan partisipasi pria juga dipaparkan dalam penelitian ini. Keberfungisan kelompok dalam mewadahi dan berupaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan para anggota kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Melalui metode kualitatif, dinamika kelompok dapat dianalisis dengan lebih mendalam. Penelitin ini bertujuan unruk mengetahui dinamika dan keberfungisan kelompok terhadap anggota kelompok. Melihat bagaimana eksistensi kelompok KB Pria ditengah maraknya kelompok-kelompok KB Pria yang bermunculan melalui partisipasi pria. Keberfungsian kelompok disini yakni bagaimana keberlanjutan kelompok KB Pria Guyub Rukun yang terlihat semakin pasif ditengah masih relevannya kelompok KB Pria dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dalam upaya penurunan angka kelahiran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi pria dalam KB meningkat. Hal ini tak luput dari upaya pemerintah dan swadaya masyarakat dalam membentuk kelompok KB Pria. Fungsi kelompok terlihat menonjol pada saat dibentuknya kelompok KB Pria, dengan sering diadakannya sosialisasi mengenai KB Pria disetiap kesempatan seperti saat Posyandu, Arisan, Kumpulan ibu-ibu atau bapak-bapak. Namun keberfungsian kelompok dirasa menurun, karena kesibukan dan kurangnya kepedulian anggota terhadap keberlanjutan kelompok. Terbukti dengan kegiatan rutin yang sudah tidak berjalan lagi. Padahal tujuan dibentuknya kelompok KB Pria adalah meningkatkan partisipasi pria, meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang diadakan kelompok.

This study discusses the dynamics of the male KB group in which GuyubRukun's male KB group is formed due to the low participation of men in family planning. The lack of information, education, and services about KB male group make the KB motivators initiated to form a group. This group will accommodate the acceptor and acceptor candidates for increasing men's participation in KB. In addition, the role of male family planning groups related to efforts to increase male participation was also presented in this study. The function of groups in accommodating and trying to improve the welfare of the members of the group. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method. Through qualitative methods, group dynamics can be analyzed more depth. This research aims to know the dynamics and the functioning of the group against group members. Seen from how the existence of male family planning group in the midst of the many of male KB groups that have sprung up through male participation. The functioning of the group here is how the sustainability of the family group of GuyubRukun's men that looks more passive in the midst of the relevant of male KB groups with the needs of society in the effort to decrease the birth rate. The results of this study indicate that the participation of men in family planning has increased. This has not escaped the efforts of government and non-governmental organizations in forming the male family planning group. The function of the group looks prominent at the time of the formation of male family planning groups, with frequent socialization of men in every opportunity such as Posyandu, Arisan, and The Association of women or men. However, the functioning of the group is declining, due to the busyness and lack of awareness of members towards group sustainability. Evidenced by routine activities that are not running anymore. Whereas the purpose of the formation of Men's family planning group is to increase male participation, improve the welfare of members through group activities.
