Pengaruh Booklet dalam Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Tentang Dismenore pada Siswi Kelas XI MAN I Yogyakarta

Pengetahuan merupakan hasil tahu dan ini terjadi setelah orang melakukan pengindraan terhadap suatu objek tertentu. Pengetahuan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam fakor, salah satunya yaitu sumber informasi. Seseorang yang banyak memperoleh informasi maka cendrung memiliki pengetahuan yang lebih luas. Salah satu sumber informasi yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan yaitu booklet. Booklet adalah suatu media untuk menyampaikan pesan dalam bentuk buku yang berisi tulisan serta gambar dan merupakan alat pendidikan yang baik karena mudah dibagikan, disesuaikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat tertentu, juga memungkinkan untuk disimpan, dibaca berulang kali, dan dibagikan kepada orang lain. Booklet juga merupakan suatu media untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan kesehatan salah satunya yaitu booklet tentang dismenore. Dismenore sendiri merupakan nyeri yang terjadi pada saat menstruasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh booklet tentang dismenore dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi kelas XI MAN I Yogyakarta. Studi rancangan penelitian ini yaitu pre-experimental dengan one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi MAN I Yogyakarta kelas XI. Sampel yang diambil yaitu Semua siswi kelas XI MAN I Yogyakarta yang hadir pada saat penelitian. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pretest dan posttest tentang dismenore. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan Paired Sample T-Tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswi dengan usia 14-15 tahun, usia menarche 10-12 tahun, pendidikan terakhir orangtua SMA dan penghasilan orangtua diatas UMK 100% meningkat pengetahuannya setelah diberikan booklet tentang dismenore. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan p=0,000 yang berarti ada pengaruh booklet dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang dismenore pada siswi kelas XI MAN I Yogyakarta.

Knowledge is the result of knowing and this happens after people make sense to a particular object. Knowledge is influenced by various factors, one of them is the source of information. Someone who gets a lot of information then tends to have a wider knowledge. One source of information that affects knowledge is booklet. Booklet is a medium to convey a message in the form of a book that contains writing and drawing and is a good educational tool because it is easy to share, tailored to meet the needs of a particular community, is also possible to be stored, read repeatedly, and distributed to others. Booklet is also a medium to convey health messages one of them is a booklet about dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea itself is a pain that occurs at the time of menstruation. This study aims to determine the effect of booklets on dysmenorrhea in improving the knowledge of female students class XI MAN I Yogyakarta. The study design study was pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest. The population of this research is all students of MAN I Yogyakarta class XI. Samples taken were all students of class XI MAN I Yogyakarta who was present at the time of the research. The data collection tool used a pretest and posttest questionnaire about dysmenorrhea. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square and Paired Sample T-Tes test. The results showed that students aged 14-15 years, menarche age 10-12 years, the last education of high school parents and parents on the UMK 100% increased knowledge after being given a booklet about dysmenorrhea. Statistical test results obtained p = 0,000 which means there is the influence of booklets in increasing knowledge about dysmenorrhea in class XI MAN I Yogyakarta.
