Evaluasi Kelayakan Struktur Gedung Rawat Inap RSUD Tidar Kota Magelang dengan SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013, dan SNI 2847:2013.

SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013 dan SNI 2847:2013 merupakan peraturan yang berlaku saat ini untuk merencanakan struktur gedung menggantikan peraturan sebelumnya. Sementara itu, perencanaan Struktur Gedung Rawat Inap RSUD Tidar Kota Magelang masih menggunakan peraturan yang lama dan juga Gedung Rawat Inap RSUD Tidar Kota Magelang memiliki risiko yang tinggi terhadap jiwa manusia. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan adanya evaluasi struktur gedung dengan menggunakan peraturan yang berlaku untuk mengetahui kelayakan struktur gedung tersebut. Pada evaluasi ini, elemen struktur yang ditinjau adalah 90 jenis balok, 42 jenis kolom dan 42 jenis joint balok-kolom. Analisis struktur dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SAP2000 untuk mengetahui gaya-gaya dalam yang terjadi akibat pembebanan. Perhitungan analisis kapasitas elemen struktur menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel. Sementara data yang digunakan diperoleh dari gambar rencana kerja dan RKS (Rencana Kerja & Syarat). Berdasarkan hasil analisis balok dapat dilihat terdapat 29 jenis balok tidak memenuhi ketentuan kapasitas momen, 52 jenis balok tidak memenuhi ketentuan kapasitas geser dan 32 jenis balok tidak memiliki dimensi penampang yang memenuhi ketentuan kapasitas torsi. Pada hasil evaluasi kolom dapat dilihat seluruh jenis kolom memenuhi ketentuan dalam menahan beban aksial dan lentur pada kedua sumbu, namun terdapat 11 jenis kolom yang tidak memenuhi ketentuan kapsitas geser. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil evaluasi joint balok-kolom dapat diperoleh 29 jenis joint tidak memenuhi ketentuan gaya geser horizontal dan 5 jenis joint tidak memenuhi ketentuan gaya geser vertikal. Hasil evaluasi struktur menggunakan SNI yang baru menunjukan bahwa perlu adanya perkuatan pada Struktur Gedung Rawat Inap RSUD Tidar Kota Magelang, khususnya untuk menahan gaya geser pada daerah tumpuan.

SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013 and SNI 2847:2013 are the latest regulations that are used in the design of building structures. The structure of the Regional Public Hospital Tidar Magelang Inpatient Building was designed based on the previous regulations that are no longer used. The Inpatient Building of the hospital is regarded as a building with high risk towards human life, and as such a structural evaluation based on the latest regulations is needed to determine its strength capacity. In this evaluation, the structural elements that are reviewed include 90 kinds of beams, 42 kinds of columns, and 42 kinds of joint beam-column. Structural analysis was modeled using SAP2000 to determine internal forces that occurred from loading. Microsoft Excel was used to calculate the strength of structural elements manually. Meanwhile, the structural data of the building is obtained from shop drawing and work plan requirements. Based on the evaluation of beams, the results are that 29 kinds of beam does not comply with the moment capacity requirements, 78 kinds of beam does not comply with the shear capacity requirements, and 32 kinds of beam does not have sufficient cross-sectional dimension for torque capacity. The column evaluation results shows that the entirity of columns of the building are adequate against axial force and moment of interaction on both axis, but there are 11 kinds of columns which does not comply with the shear capacity requirements. Furthermore, based on the results of joint beam-column evaluation, there are 29 kinds of joint which do not comply with horizontal shear forces requirements and 5 kinds of joints which do not comply with vertical shear forces requirements. The results of a stricter evaluation with latest SNI regulations show that the structure of the Regional Public Hospital Tidar Magelang Inpatient Building needs to be reinforced, especially reinforcement to withstand shear forces in areas near the support.
