PERSEPSI APOTEKER TENTANG APOTEK ONLINE DI INDONESIA

Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk melihat gambaran persepsi apoteker tentang apotek online di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode convenience sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada kegiatan Rapat Kerja Nasional Pertemuan Ilmiah Tahunan Ikatan Apoteker Indonesia 2017 tanggal 6-8 September 2017 yang melibatkan 104 apoteker di Indonesia (response rate = 70,27%). Persepsi apoteker diukur menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang terdiri dari 32 pernyataan dan terbagi dalam 6 domain yaitu jaminan kualitas obat, harga, hak konsumen, kemudahan yang diperoleh, regulasi dan resiko. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan pada tabel dalam frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 97 responden (83,3%) mengetahui tentang apotek online, namun hanya 50 responden (48,1%) yang pernah mengakses apotek online. Persepsi apoteker menunjukkan kekhawatiran terhadap jaminan kualitas obat dan resiko dari apotek online dengan persepsi negatif berturut-turut sebesar 51% dan 83,7%. Apoteker setuju sisi positif apotek online terkait harga, hak konsumen dan kemudahan yang diperoleh yang ditunjukkan dengan persepsi positif berturut-turut sebesar 62,5%; 78,8%; dan 97,1%. Persepsi positif sebesar 99% pada domain regulasi menunjukkan apoteker setuju diperlukan regulasi untuk mengatur penyelenggaraan apotek online di Indonesia.
Indonesia does not has clear regulation about online pharmacies, so pharmaceutical services in online pharmacies showed the pros and cons. This study aimed to observe the description of pharmacist's perception about online pharmacy in Indonesia. This study is descriptive quantitative which used convenience sampling method involved 104 pharmacist in Indonesia (response rate = 70,27%). The data was collected at national working meeting and annual scientific meeting of Indonesia Pharmacist Association started from September 6th to 8th, 2017. The pharmacist's perception were measured by Likert scale questionnaire which consist of 32 questions and divided into 6 domains, (1) medicine quality assurance; (2) price, (3) customer rights; (3) accessibility; (5) regulation and (6) the risk of online pharmacies. The data was analyzed with descriptive approach and presented appropriately using table in the frequency and percentage. This study showed about 97 respondents (83,3%) knew about online pharmacies but, only 50 respondents (48,1%) have ever accesed it. The pharmacist's perceptions showed anxiety to medicine quality assurance and the risk of online pharmacies with negative perception continued in the amount of 51% and 83,7%. The pharmacist are agree the positive side of online pharmacies about the price, the customer rights, accessibility that shown with the positive perception continually in the amount of 62,5%; 78,8%; and 97,1%. Positive perception at the regulation domain (99%) showed that pharmacists agree that online pharmacy in Indonesia should develop the regulation.
