Proses penjualan pada pusat grosir masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu langsung datang ke toko atau mengontak langsung kepada penjual toko. Proses ini masih kurang efektif dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama, antara lain pembeli yang terkadang bingung mencari toko dan pembeli kesulitan untuk mengetahui kredibilitas penjual pada beberapa toko dipusat grosir. Penjualpun mengeluhkan terbatasnya ruangan untuk menjual seluruh produknya, terkadang penjual harus mengambil kegudang saat pembeli ada yang ingin membeli produk yang tidak terdapat pada display. Berdasarkan permasalahan, dibuat sistem informasi e-commerce Tukuae pada pusat grosir untuk mencapai keinginan konsumen pusat grosir. Pembeli akan mendapatkan pelayanan pembelian yang mudah, dapat melihat barang dengan lengkap, dapat memberi penilaian dan melihat penilaian pembeli lain. Sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan framework Laravel serta MySQL untuk pengelolaan basis datanya dan memiliki fitur pemesanan produk, pendaftaran anggota, manajemen transaksi pembelian barang oleh anggota, manajemen stok ukuran, informasi produk, informasi brand, article review, video review, dan kelola user. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, telah berhasil dibangun sistem yang dapat membantu penjualan pusat grosir, memperbesar peluang bisnis pusat grosir, mempermudah laporan per tahun, dan mempermudah pembeli untuk membeli barang tanpa harus ke toko.

The process of purchasing at the wholesale center is still done conventionally that is customer directly come to the store or sales is directly contacted by customers. This process is still less effective and takes a long time, including customers who are sometimes confused to find a store and the seller credibility is hard to known by customers. The limited space is complained for their products by the seller, sometimes the seller should go to warehouse to take the products that are not on display who is wanted by customer. Based on these problems, it is necessary to build e-commerce information system Tukuae at the wholesale center will reach customer demands. Buyer will get purchasing service easily, they can see all detail products, and they can give a rating while they see rating from the other buyer. This System Information is built with Laravel framework and MySQL for database management. This Information System has ordering features, such as registration member, transaction management by the members, management size stock, detailed information about the product, detailed information about the brand, article review, video review, and manage user. Based on the experiment, the systems has been successfully developed that can help selling at the church by wholesale center, enlarge business opportunities at the wholesale center, simplify report per year, and simplify buyer to purchase a product without go to store.
