Globalization has led to the occurring of diversity phenomenon in various sectors, especially organizational sector. Therefore, there is a need for effective diversity management in the workplace. Effective diversity management can encourage creativity, innovation, and improve company’s effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability. Referring to related organizational theory, the purpose of this study was to examine the role of transformational leadership and procedural justice toward the effectiveness of diversity management. The hypothesis of this study is that transformational leadership and procedural justice simultaneously predict effectiveness of diversity management. This study used quantitative approach with descriptive correlational research type consists of initial interview and scale deployment as data collecting method. Research scale used was diversity management effectiveness scale, transformational leadership scale and procedural justice scale. Hypothesis testing was analyzed with multiple regression analysis technique. The results of data analysis toward 112 respondents indicated that variables of transformational leadership and procedural justice altogether and very significantly predicted the effectiveness of diversity management (F = 19.124, p ≤ 0.01) with effective contribution for about 26%.
