2014 | Disertasi |Research on positive organizational behavioral (POB) has explored the value added contributions of psychological capital in predicting various workplace outcomes. POB greatly appreciate the personal factors that can positively assist organizations in achieving their objectives. The current study investigated the effects personal factor of psychological capital, professionalism, and work engagement on lecture job performance. The study also examined the impact of personal factors on job performance with moderating organizational factor. Data collected from a diverse sample of 590 lecturers, from nine state universities in Indonesia. EFA indicated that only two dimensions of Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi being underlying lecturer task. SEM Analysis indicated that psycap and professionalism were positively related to work engagement and job performance, while work engagement did not related to job performance. Multigroup analysis also shows that the correlation of organizational factors and personal factors on predicting job performance was not significant in the model.
