HUBUNGAN ANTARA BIG FIVE PERSONALITY DENGANORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR

This research held to examine the corellation organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and big five personality and to know the corelation each of big five personality traits and OCB. The subject of this research is 55 officers of PT Aseli Dagadu Djogja. The results of this research are there are no significant corellation between extraversion and emotion stability with OCB. Besides that, traits opennes to experience, agreeableness, conscientiousness has significant corellation with OCB.
