HUBUNGAN ANTARA EFEKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL, USIA DAN MASA KERJA DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISAS

2011 | Skripsi |This research aims to examine the relationship between the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, age and period of employement with the organization’s commitment. The Data obtained using a questionnaire. Respondent in this study represent the employees of PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. The Methods of data analysis is multiple regressions. The result indicate that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, age and period employement are able to predict the organizational commitment to employees by 54,6% while 45,4% influenced by other variables. The effectiveness of interpersonal communication effective contribution of 53,7%, age is 0,26% and period of employement is 0,69%.
