HUBUNGAN PEMBERDAYAAN PSIKOLOGIS DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA KARYAWAN PERBANKAN

This study has purpose to test empirically relationship between pychological empowerment with organizational commitment. Respondents are employee who has at least 2 years of work or more. During that period an employee has many experience with company and their position. Respondents also should be a permanently employee. An employee with their function and position as security, office boy can not include in this test. Because of they has competence and area of work quite considered simple. Related with education, the researcher state that the minimum requirement is senior high school and maximum is master in their major. The result show correlation cofficient (r) is 0,703 (p> 0,05). This result show that there are strength between psychological empowerment with organizational commitment. Determination coefficient from the result of data analysis is 0,494. That means psychological empowerment have an influence with organizational commitment abou 49,4 %.
