This research was aimed to investigate the correlation between self esteem with learning motivation in children whose mother working in foreign country. The hypotesis of this study is there a positive correlation between self-esteem with learning motivation in children whose mother working in foreign country. This study involved 71 subjects in which they are children of mothers who are working in foreign country. Subjects aged 12-15 years and were studying in class VII-VIII SMP. The research was conducted in Tulung agung province East Java. This research used a scale of self esteem and a scale of learning motivation. Analysis technique used is the technique of Pearson Product Moment correlation.
