The aim of this research is to test the correlations between perception of procedural fairness to performance appraisal variable and employees’ work motivation. There is one hypothesis to be tested in this research: there is a positive correlation between the perception of procedural fairness to performance appraisal with employees’ work motivation. The subject of this research are 50 employees of PPM Manajemen in Jakarta who has been working for the company for at least four years. Two questionnaires are used in this research; the first is perception of procedural fairness to performance appraisal questionnaire, and the second is the work motivation questionnaire. Pearson’s correlation analysis shows a significant positive correlation between perception of procedural fairness to performance appraisal and work motivation (r = 0,398; p = 0,004). Therefore the result supports the hypothesis of this research.
