2011 | Skripsi |This study aimed to examine the correlation between leadership effectiveness and emotional intelligence with lecturer’s job satisfaction. The hypothesis of this research: there is a positive correlation between perception to leadership effectiveness and emotional intelligence with lecturer’s job satisfaction. The subjects of this study were 54 lectures at an university named Sekolah Tinggi Agama Hindu Negeri Gde Pudja Mataram. The data were collected by using, (1) the job satisfaction scale, (2) the leadership effectiveness scale, and (3) the emotional intelligence scale.
