HUBUNGAN KUALITAS KEPRIBADIAN MANUSIA TANPA CIRI DARI KI AGENG SURYOMENTARAM DENGAN KEPUASAN KONSUME

Researcher saw personality someone from theory personality Ki Ageng Suryomentaram, especially theory quality human without mark identification personality. This personality is the fourth of dimension from theory personality Ki Ageng Suryomentaram. This study was aimed to analyze the relationship between consumer satisfaction and theory quality human without mark identification personality from Ki Ageng Suryomentaram. The subject of this study (N=79) are student in school for nurse STIKES ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. The subject must have motor cycle brand Honda, ever go to dealer Honda motor cycle and place for reparation motor cycle official from Honda or we can call it AHASS. Consumer satisfaction is measured by consumer satisfaction scale, and quality human without mark identification personality is measured by quality human without mark identification personality scale from Prihartanti. Pearson’s product moment correlation is used for data analyzing. Result show that between consumer satisfaction and quality human without mark identification personality have positive correlation whit r =0,294 significant in 0,01. Keyword: consumer satisfaction, quality of human without mark identification personality, Ki Ageng Suryomentaram Theory in personality.
