HUBUNGAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KEPERCAYAAN PADA ORGANISASI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZE

The research is aimed at understanding the relation between the transformational leadership and the organizational trust on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The subject of the research is 63 persons who work as the non educative employees in Setia Budi University in Surakarta. The data collecting in this research uses three types of scale; those are the transformational leadership scale, the organizational trust scale and the OCB scale. The result of the analysis of multiple regression shows that in together the transformational leadership and the organizational trust have a correlation with OCB with the relational coefficient (R) 0,477 (p = 0.000) and by the effective donation (Adjusted R Square) 20,2%. Transformational leadership can become OCB predictor with effective contribution mark 16,17 %. But, the influence of the trust on the organization to OCB is not significantly enough, with 4,03% effective contribution.
