HUBUNGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA BURUH

2011 | Skripsi |This study aims to determine the relationship between organization commitment with the organizational citizenship behavior of employees in company. The hypothesis proposed research is that there is a positive relationship between commitment to the organization with organizational citizenship behavior on employees. The better the employees forming organization commitment then the employee's organizational citizenship behavior is increasing. Whereas if the organization commitment is not established or implemented it will become decreasing the levels organizational citizenship behavior of the employee. The research was conducted in the PT Ajinomoto Indonesia, with a number of subjects as many as 113 people. Both variables are measured by organizational commitment scale and the scale of organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the scoring scale is then analyzed using the technique of Product Moment correlation from Pearson.
