The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between assessment of the procedural justice and trust with the perception of Corporate Social Responsibility programs effectiveness. Data were collected from 136 employees of PT Gudang Garam Tbk, Kediri. The instrument used in this study was The Procedural Justice scale, The trust scale, and The Perception of CSR program scale. Data analysis was performed with a multiple correlation methods with the help of SPSS software for Windows.
