The aim of this research is to explore the relationship between Perception of Psychological Contract and Job Performance on Outsourcing Officer. Perceptions of psychological contract is a evaluation on the degree of fulfillment of obligations of companies or organizations that trusted employee; which is part of beliefs about reciprocal obligations between two parties that are beneficial to the organization that employs and employees. Job Performance on Outsourcing Officer is defined as a way to measure success will be achieved by outsourcing officer. Hypothesis in this research is there will be a positive relationship between Perception of Psychological Contract and Job Performance. When outsourcing officer perceived in a positive psychological contract, their job performance will increase. This research uses a scale namely Perception of Psychological Contract Scale and documentation data from company namely Performance Appraisal for Outsourcing Officer. Subjects consisted of 25 men and 22 women staff with years of outsourcing at least 1 year (N=48), 26-year-old age and the minimum diploma level education. For analyzing the data, researcher uses The Pearson’s Product Moment correlation statistical analysis.
