The concept of justice is inseparable part in work relation within employee and organization. This research studied two dimensions of justice philosophy in the domain of compensation. The objective of this research is to increase perception of procedural and distributive justice supported by employee’s involvement in building a compensation system. It present subject of 30 employees from a consultant firm, divided into two groups. First group contain 15 subjects that involved in building compensation system as intervention, and 15 subjects in second group was without intervention. Result analysis using mix ANAVA showed that employee’s involvement in compensation system building significantly improve employee’s perception of procedural (F=40,836) and distributive justice (F= 9,628, p
