Change is something that cannot be avoided. This environment always changes time to time. As like other organization, employoee of organization of Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada also faces the challenges of change on its internal and external environment. This research aims to describe correlation among resistance to change and organization commitment of employee’s organization of Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada. Subject research is 70 employees who are working as staff in Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada. Researcher used scale’s likert measurement scale resistance to change and organization commitment.
