Patient’s satisfaction is the most important indicator in health service because satisfied patient will tend to be more obey to medical recommendation, so recovery can be done quicker and health can be kept. One of the influenced factors in patient’s satisfaction to doctor’s service is patient’s perception toward doctor’s active listening ability and sex. The doctor’s ability to listen actively can give advantage to the doctor to understand the patient better, so it can improve the cooperation with the patient in solving the patient problem
