This research is aimed to observe: (1) Positive correlation between work motivation with teachers classroom management (2) Positive correlation between self efficacy with teachers classroom management (3) Positive correlation between work motivation and self efficacy with teachers classroom management. In this research, the data were collected by using three scales, including, classroom management scale, work motivation scale and self efficacy scale.
