2010 | Tesis |Professional commitment is one of primal factor which must be owned by every individual which has worked. Involvement to profession absolutely necessary that individual can see through the work carefully which will support successfullness in the work. This research aims to know how organizational climate, compensation satisfaction and emotional intelligence influence to professional commitment. Seventy teachers have been working for SMU Al Islam I Surakarta involved in this research. Each subject is given four kinds of scale that is organizational climate scale, compensation satisfaction scale, emotional intelligence scale and professional commitment scale.
