2000 | Tesis |The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of team cohesiveness, organizational justice, positive affect, and negative affect to job dissatisfaction with the goal of gaining knowledge about what factors that effected job dissatisfaction of cleaning service. To accomplish this purpose, surveys designs were used to gather individual level self-report data. The previously validated measures used in this research are psychology scale that designed by writer self. Job dissatisfaction acting as context in this research was job dissatisfaction of cleaning services Kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan, especially at Dinas Kebersihan Pertamanan dan Tata Ruang Kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan. The respondents for this study included cleaning service from Dinas Kebersihan Pertamanan dan Tata Ruang Kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan. There were 240 responses, for an overall response rate of 98.83%. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis to test the effectof team cohesiveness, organizational justice, positive affect, and negative affect to job dissatisfaction. The results demonstrated that overall hypothesis supported. The results also demonstrated that team cohesiveness, organizational justice, positive affect, and negative affect significant impact to job dissatisfaction.
