DINAMIKA PENYINTASAN ODAPUS (ORANG DENGAN PENYAKIT LUPUS)

This research is pure qualitative. The aim of this research is to understand the dynamic of survival of people with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and various dimension that efect it. The dynamic of survival in this context means various ways, various strives, and various conditions that needed by SLE people to survive. Three people which already suffered more than three years with SLE used as respondent in this research. Data in this research were collected using depth interview. This research found that the dynamic of survival of SLE people are consist of three dimension that supporting each others : (1). Fisiological-medical dimension, involves medical therapy (medicine consumption), herbal alternative therapy, and also kind of food and ways of food consumption ; (2). psychological dimension, involves awareness of disease therat, religiousity, sincerity, high life motivated, positive thinking, dan feeling useful ; and (3). social dimension involves social support from family like husband or sister and brothers. Those three dimension are helping SLE people to survive.
