PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DIRI DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. ARUN LNG LHOKSEUMA

The purpose of the research is to discover how far the effect between self-leadership and self-efficacy takes place toward employees job satisfaction. Employees enrolments are very important for the sake of the company. Those who have a high motivation as well as they are optimistic toward their jobs and the company will bring a positive effect to the company and to the employees, certainly. The research was undergone in PT. Arun LNG Lhokseumawe, Aceh; consisted of 100 PT. Arun LNG Lhokseumawe employees as the subject. The method that was used for the research was quantitative method, together with questionnaires, in which they are based on research variables, such as: job satisfaction, self-leadership and self-efficacy. The type of technical data analysis used on this particular research is the multiple regression analysis with an assistance from SPSS 17 program. As the hypothesis towards the effect of self-leadership and self-efficacy towards job satisfaction cannot be proven, thus the hypothesis is rejected. The result from the research has shown that there was some significant effect between self-leadership and self-efficacy toward job satisfaction. Those results include p = 0,009, p 0,05. Respectively, self-leadership and self-efficacy did not affect toward job satisfaction, completed with some additional results of R = 0,236, R² =0,056, F= 2,870, and p = 0,062.
