In the development of knowledge economy, knowledge is recognized as the most important resource for enhancing or sustaining competition advantage. It is also a key factor for maintaining the long-term success of organizations. The beginning and important stage of knowledge management is knowledge sharing which is the key to creation, learning, performance and the prediction of succesfull management. This study examined the effects of leader-member exchange, positive affect, and negative affect on knowledge sharing behavior in organization. Subjects involved for this study were 133 employees of TELKOM of South Sumatera. Data was collected by using three measurement scales. They were LMX 7, PANAS, and knowledge sharing scale.
