HUBUNGAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN RELIGIUSITAS DENGAN KEBIJAKSANAAN VIKARIS DALAM MENJALANI VIKARI

The aim of this research was to find out the correlation between emotional intelligence, religiousity, and Minister Asisstant wisdom at The Protestant Evangelical Of Church In Timor. The subject of the research were 33 minister asisstant at The Protestant Evangelical of Church In Timor. The data were collected based on three scales, namely Wisdom Scale, Emotional Intelligence Scale, and Religiousity Scale. The multiple regression analysis was applied to analyze data. The reliability of the instruments were counted by using alpha cronbach formula, the result for wisdom is 0,829, emotional intelligence is 0,844, and religiousity is 0,825.
