The case study qualitative research was aimed to find out the meaning of conflict transformation by social cognition approach, the study try to see peace from group leader, Non Government Organization (NGO), and government perspective as individual who has various variable which attach to each of them. Since group leaders, NGO and government have important part in conflict resolution, knowing the process of conflict transformation will help us to understand the cause of conflict between each party, which lead them to a never ending sorrow This research used in dept interview to collect data from 4 respondents. They where selecting used purposive technique with respondent characteristic, which are: Muslim leader and non Muslim leader (Christian) leader, NGO, government age between 40 to 70 years old. Analysis process and data interpretation include dividing, separating, and disrupting data into parts, elements or units. Then, we choose data to find type sequence class, pattern or universal description which represent respondent. Triangulation method was use to check validity of data The result of this research shows indication of group awareness from each party to change attitude and accept peace based on consensual peace through institutionalization of peace, to create mutual peace, to respect, tolerant, trust, forgive, forget and acknowledge from each party.
