The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between work climate organization and work motivation with employee performance. This study used purposive sampling to get the samples. The subjects of this study were 106 employees that work in PT Telkom Regional Division IV, at Kandatel Yogyakarta and Kandatel Surakarta. Every subject was given three scales: work climate organization scale, work motivation scale, and performance scale. Multiple regression analysis was used as a statistical method.
