The aim of this research was to investigate the relation between self efficacy and social support regarding to quality of life people with mycobacterium tuberculosis. The hypotheses of this research are: there is a positive correlation between self efficacy and social support on quality of life people with mycobacterium tuberculosis. Increasing self efficacy and social support are indicating the increasing of quality of life people with mycobacterium tuberculosis. Subjects are people with mycobacterium tuberculosis who’s diagnosed by doctor in Cut Meutia Lhokseumawe Hospital both inpatient and outpatient. The method is using scale of quality of life, self efficacy and social support. The result from regression analysis shows some relation pattern, they are: first, there is a significant correlation between self efficacy and social support together with quality of life people with mycobacterium tuberculosis r=0.298, F=5.325, significant level 0.006 (p
