This research aimed to identify effect of subjective well-being, work spirit and nurse perception about compliance of service standard implementation on performance of nurse in Public Health Centre in Kulon Progo regency. It used random sampling technique. Subject consisted of 60 public health centre nurses. Data was collected using subjective well-being scale, work spirit scale, scale of nurse perception about compliance of service standard implementation and nurse performance scale. Multiple regression analysis indicated that 1) subjective wellbeing, workspirit and nurse perception about compliance of service standard implementation simultaneously correlate positively to performance of nurses in public health centre in Kulon Progo with F=14,769 and significance level of 0.000. Nurse performance had determination coefficient (R2) of 0.442 that mean 44,2% performance is affected by three predictor while 55,8% is influenced by other factors. 2) Nurse subjective well being had positive influence on nurse performance with t=2,059, 0,05 significance level and 5,33% contribution of effect. 3) Work spirit had positive influence on nurse performance with t=3,352, 0,05 significance le vel and 5,11% contribution of effect. 4) Nurse perception about compliance of service standard implementation had positive influence on nurse performance with t=3,093, 0,05 significance level and 6,63% contribution of effect. Nurse subjective well-being, work spirit and perception about compliance of service standard implementation is factors influencing performance. The stronger subjective wellbeing, work spirit and nurse perception about compliance of service standard implementation, the more positive work performance, and vice versa.
