2009 | Tesis |This research study aims to know the effect of Perception Interpersonal Conflict in Organization and Emotional Intelligence towards Perception on Effective Team Work. And further, this research applied Purposive Sampling Technique wherein 67 respondents working in a Textile Store of Supra Mac Mohan Yogyakarta have participated. Questionnaires have been distributed exclusively to employees who had been working in the aforementioned company for more than one year with a minimum age of 20, and who have reached at least high school education. There were three (3) scales applied in the collection of data, the Perception Conflict Interpersonal in Organization Scale, the Emotional Intelligence Scale, and the Perception on Effective Team Work Scale. Results of which, and the data gathered had been tabulated and analyzed using Regression Analysiis through Statistical Computerized Program of SPSS 16 for windows.
