This study was aimed to examines whether or not self efficacy of job searching, family support and work commitmen as independent variabel can predict job searching behavior as dependent variabel. The subject of the study were unemployed and underemployed. There were 77 subject taken by using purposive sampling. Data were collected using job searching behavior scale, self efficacy of job searching scale, familiy support scale, and work commitment scale. The Multiple Regresion Analysis was used to analyzed the collected data. The result showed that there were effective contribution of self efficacy of job searching, family support and work commitment to job searcning behavior with determinant coeficient equal to 0,198.
