PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN KREATIVITAS PADA MAHASISWA

2009 | Tesis |The aims of this study is to investigate the influence of learning method on crtical thinking and creativity among 88 university students. Facione’s (1995) critical thinking theory, Guilford’s (1967) creativity and Silberman’s (2006) learning method was adapted in this study. Learning method in this study divide as conventional method and active method which consists with pause procedure, short writes and think pair share technique (Weltman, 2007). In this research the data were collected by using one scales and one assessment tool. They are Critical Thinking Skills Scale and Verbal Creativity Test by Munandar (1999). Data collected in this research were examined by using mix design analysis of variance. Based on major hypothesis, it can be concluded 1) active learning method develop critical thinking skills and 2) active learning method also develop creativity among university student.
