Problem formulas from this research are: what organization work climate can be moderating the individual characteristic influence into relationed with attitude to work productivity at PT. Columbus Megah Adisarana Rawamangun Jakarta. Totally subject of responden is 50 worker of marketing department PT. Columbus Megah Adisarana Rawamangun Jakarta. Collection data with using scale methode of individual characteristic, organization work climate, and attitude to work productivity. Statistic metode doing with exploratory factor analysis and linear multiple regression analysis. Result of the research showing that the hypothesis accepted by result analyze the linear multiple regression analysis, indicate that the individual characteristic variable and organization work climate to show the significance influence to organizational communications effectiveness. The mentioned shown by F count at ANOVA Tables and obtained by significance 0,002
