This research aims to find out the correlation between perception of parents’ marriage harmony and self esteem with anxiety toward marriage for early adult. This research also aims to find the defferences of the anxiety toward marriage between male and female early adult. The reserach subjects are 70 contents 30 males and 40 females taken from two places (1) Krapyak Wetan, Panggungharjo Sewon Bantul Yogyakarta consist of 15 males and 20 females, and (2) The province board of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, consist of 15 males and 20 females. The data is taken by using scales of the perception of parents’ marriage harmony, self esteem, and anxiety toward marriage. From the result of data analysis by using regression analysis can be concluded that the research results are; there is a significant correlation between perception of parents’ marriage harmony and self esteem with anxiety toward marriage for early adult that is shown with R=0,404 and F regression =6,554 with p=0,003 (p
