The Aim of this research is to see whether role of career development perception and work competence can be predictor on employee job performance in company. This research major hypothesis was career development perception and work competence can be made as predictor to predict employee job performance. The first minor hypothesis was career development perception can function as predictor to employee job performance, while the second minor hypothesis was work competence can function as predictor to employee job performance. Multiple regression analysis shows that career development perception and work competence can predict job performance with R square 0,175 (p=0,000). Career development perception can predict job performance with effective contribution value 9.2% (p=0,004). Work competence can predict towards job performance with effective contribution 10.9% (p=0,002). Keyword: career development perception, work competence and job performance
