KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN MINAT KERJA SEBAGAI PREDIKTOR KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA PEGAWAI DIN

2008 | Tesis |This research was aimed to analyze the relation between transformational leadership and work interest to organizational commitment in Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Riau. Consisted one dependent variable organizational commitment, two independent variables transformational leadership and work interest. Data collection was done by using the scale method. Subjects of the research were sixty of the employees Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Riau located in Pekanbaru Riau. Data were analyzed by using regression analysis. The results of this research showed that there was relation very significant between transformational leadership and work interest to organizational commitment with F= 42.859 and R2= 0.601 (p= 0.000). Otherwise, there was relation between work interest and organizational commitment B=0.794; t=8.988; p=0.000. Thus, t-test showed that there wasn`t relation organizational commitment between employed by fix term and employed by contract (t = -0.144; p = 0.886).
