This qualitative research which based on phenomenological approach is aimed to recognize the meaning of psychological contract for information and technological outsourcers. This research attempted to understand employee’s point a view on psychological contract with their attributes. Psychological contract build from trustworthy between two parties in the way to create need and hope. This trustworthy support individu to take all the consequences. This research uses in-depth interview for collecting data. There are five respondents involed. Snowball technique is the tool for respondent gathering and theoritical sampling is the tool for selecting respondent. Analysis process and data interpretative include: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Member check and external audits are use to asses the result validity. The result show that individual still exist on the job as an outsourcer because they fell the positive side from company which hire them. In one side, they deal with difficult situation but in the other side they feel that their job will give a bright future. Several factors influences them as outsourcer: the situational factor and the hope factor, whereas both factors create the meaning of psychological contract. Company policy are the other factor in the way to get their job. The understanding of this job make them realize that they need lot of experience. Individual potency exploration has become a main aspect for the meaning of psychological contract when the company hire them.
