The aim of this research was to find out the role of Academy Air Force Karbol’s perception on Indonesian Air Force pilots, academic self-concept, and family social support in their effort in becoming Indonesian Air Force pilots. The subject of the research were 151 Academy Air Force Karbols. The data were collected based on four scales, namely the Karbol’s interest in becoming Indonesian Air Force pilots, perception on Indonesian Air Force pilots, academic self-concept, and family social support. The multiple regression analysis was applied to analyze data by SPSS Windows program version 13. The result indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between the Karbol’s perception on Indonesian Air Force pilots, academic self-concept, and family social support with their interest in becoming Indonesian Air Force pilots (R=0.676; R²=0.446; F=40.383; p
